Ethical Judges

Americans' faith in our judiciary has been shaken by partisanship and ethics scandals. Marc Carmichael will vote to confirm qualified, fair, and impartial judges who respect the rule of law and the Constitution, and who will be accountable to a clear code of ethics.

For too long, judicial seats were treated as political trophies. Marc believes judges should be chosen for their integrity and independence — not their loyalty to a party or a donor.

A fair judiciary protects every Hoosier's rights. Marc will fight to keep our courts honest, ethical, and worthy of the public's trust.
